Associate Software Engineer

Job Description

The Catalytic Associate Software Engineer will be primarily responsible for enhancing the Catalytic user experience as well as supporting other areas of the business with respect to the use and operation of the Catalytic application.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• User operation support and troubleshooting
• On-call support
• Building integrations and Pushbots (processes built in the Catalytic application)
• Triage support
