Sales Development Representative
Catalytic is looking for a super passionate, ambitious and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team! Catalytic’s SDR will act as a bridge between our marketing and growing sales organizations.
This is a key role in the sales process to help manage our lead lifecycle by reactivating lost opportunities and fostering new business relationships through outbound outreach. Our SDR will proactively qualify buying interest, understand the size and shape of potential accounts and distribute them to the appropriate account executive.
The SDR will be a Catalytic brand champion and ensure that all prospective customers have a clear understanding of the impact Catalytic can have on the client’s bottom line profits and operational efficiency.
There is a significant growth opportunity that comes with this role as our organization continues to expand and evolve. Help us manage our leads and foster new business relationships by:
• Managing and qualifying inbound lead traffic
• Creating a great first impression with our prospects through personalized and professional interactions
• Completing due diligence on prospective clients
• Successfully managing and overcoming objections
• Using email sequences and outbound calling, identify and reach decision makers and convert to MQLs
• Setting qualified meetings for account executives
At the top of your to-do list will be partnering with our Account Managers to target high priority accounts along with prospecting and creating new leads to increase our B2B sales pipeline. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure the quality of leads and conversion to customers and will be expected to utilize our CRM to track and measure all activity and prospective client followup.
Job Requirements & Credentials
We’re looking for an enthusiastic sales development professional with a minimum of 1-2 years of B2B sales experience who will positively contribute to our company culture. Our ideal candidate will be a self-driven, well-organized individual with a go-getter mentality.
While we do not expect you to know everything, we do expect you to have enough experience to generate new business leads and convert inbound leads to qualified appointments. Success will require being comfortable on the phone and happy to handle and overcome objections. Excellent communication, multitasking, and time-management skills are essential for this role.
Ideal candidates will have a working knowledge of Salesforce and will be comfortable analyzing data and reports. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
